Shipping & Return Policy

Information about order processing, delivery, address changes, shipment issues, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order processing

Processing time depends on inventory, order volume, payment or order review, and fulfillment requirements. An order confirmation or submission does not mean that an order has shipped. Tracking information is provided to the order contact when available.

The footer lists the current regular shipping schedule. Holidays, carrier conditions, product availability, address review, and other operational factors may affect dispatch timing.

Shipping options and charges

Available carriers, service levels, shipping charges, and any estimated delivery windows depend on the destination and order requirements. The applicable options and charges are shown during the ordering or fulfillment process when available.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays and events outside DNA Longevix's reasonable control may affect delivery after dispatch.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support promptly if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or shipment, and additional carrier or reshipment charges may apply when an incorrect address was supplied.

Packaging and delivery

Orders are packaged according to product format and fulfillment requirements. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and arranging prompt receipt and appropriate handling after delivery.

Lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders

Contact DNA Longevix as soon as possible with the order number, tracking information, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipment, packaging, label, and affected items when applicable. Keep all packaging and products while the issue is reviewed.

DNA Longevix will review the available order and carrier information and communicate the next steps. The available resolution depends on the circumstances, supporting evidence, carrier process, and fulfillment review.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact support promptly to request a cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Return and refund eligibility depends on the product condition, order status, reason for the request, and applicable fulfillment requirements. Do not ship a product back unless DNA Longevix has provided return instructions. An unauthorized return may not be accepted or credited.

Any approved refund is issued through the original transaction method when reasonably possible. Financial institutions and payment providers control the time required for a credit to appear after it is issued.

Research-use responsibility

Shipping or delivery does not change the research-use restriction. Products remain exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research and are not for human or animal consumption.
